We are looking for retired individuals from the Pakistan Army's combat core to join our team at ISMMART Group of Industries as security guards. Applicants should have served as Sipahi, Lance Naik, Naik, or above in the fighting core.
Responsibilities:
• Provide a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and ensure the safety of the premises and people.
• Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed entry.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and prevent any security breaches or suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any security-related incidents or emergencies, such as theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.
• Work closely with law enforcement agencies as required to resolve any security-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of any incidents or unusual activity, and prepare reports as necessary.
• Use security equipment and tools, such as metal detectors and security wands, to screen individuals and detect any prohibited items.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, employees, and visitors.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and guidelines to maintain a high level of security.
• Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with industry best practices to ensure that security protocols remain effective.
Requirements:
• Must have served in the fighting core of Pakistan Army as Sipahi, Lance Naik, Naik, or above.
• Should have retired from service with an honorable discharge.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in shifts.
• Should have excellent communication.
• Prior experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
