Salaries:

Salary during Probation: PKR 180,000

Salary After Probation: PKR 310,000

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field with a proven record of success and experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the relevant field during a professional career.

ISMMART Group of Industries is actively exploring candidates for the position of Assistant Director Human Resources in our E-Commerce Division. This role is tailored for experienced HR professionals with a minimum of five years of experience in the E-Commerce industry.

Job Description:

As the Assistant Director Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR strategy and ensuring the well-being and development of our workforce. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

Support in Developing and Executing HR Strategy:
Collaborate in developing and executing an effective HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
Assist in fostering employee engagement through strategic HR initiatives.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

Provide support in leadership and mentorship to a team of HR professionals, ensuring their growth and effectiveness.

Collaboration with Executive Leadership:

Collaborate with executive leadership to support talent acquisition, employee development, and retention initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits Management:

Support in overseeing the design and implementation of compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:

Assist in championing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create an inclusive and respectful workplace.

Data-Driven Approaches:

Collaborate in utilizing data-driven approaches to analyze HR metrics and trends, informing strategic decision-making.

Employee Relations:

Support in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and policy enforcement.

Learning and Development:

Assist in fostering a culture of learning and development, identifying training needs, and facilitating relevant programs.

Job Specification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and industry best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Proficiency in HR software and data analytics tools.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and organizational development.
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar are advantageous.
