PKR. 70,000 - 80,000/Month

Assist in developing and running IR’s Orphans Sponsorship Programme, its implementation strategy and protocol in compliance with IR and donor policies.
Smooth running of the orphans programme by maintaining close coordination with the sponsored families.
At least two field visits to all allocated sponsored families per year & timely submission of quality reports to donors.
Providing updated Bank Account details to facilitating in timely disbursements of quarterly payments.
Managing new assessments, terminations and confirmation of the quarterly disbursements.
Assisting the Cluster In Charge in all programme related matters and providing support to the Social Change and Development Unit.
Close coordination with the support department for the purchase and delivery of services to orphans.
Designing and arranging recreational activities for children to boost up their confidence.
