• Assist in developing and running IR’s Orphans Sponsorship Programme, its implementation strategy and protocol in compliance with IR and donor policies.
  • Smooth running of the orphans programme by maintaining close coordination with the sponsored families.
  • At least two field visits to all allocated sponsored families per year & timely submission of quality reports to donors.
  • Providing updated Bank Account details to facilitating in timely disbursements of quarterly payments.
  • Managing new assessments, terminations and confirmation of the quarterly disbursements.
  • Assisting the Cluster In Charge in all programme related matters and providing support to the Social Change and Development Unit.
  • Close coordination with the support department for the purchase and delivery of services to orphans.
  • Designing and arranging recreational activities for children to boost up their confidence.
