We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our team who is:
- Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
- Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
- Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.
- Managing the procurement of different products.
- Negotiating price, quality of goods, deadline and drafting contract terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Collaborate with sales and R&D to confirm customer requirements, and determine accurate technical specifications.
- Respond professionally and comprehensively to all requests and inquiries.
- Other duties and responsibilities are subject to deliberation or discussion.
- Can speak English/Hindi/Urdu.
- Confident in dealing with people.
- Good skills in MS Office.
- Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
