This is an on-site position for 3D Modeler-night shift

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D modeler and work on various architectural projects for our international client. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and animations of buildings and structures, using various software applications and tools.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to understand the project requirements and specifications
Create realistic and accurate 3D models and animations of buildings and structures, based on plans, sketches, and reference materials
Apply textures, materials, lighting, and effects to enhance the visual quality of the models and animations
Optimize the models and animations for performance and quality
Ensure that the models and animations meet the project standards and deadlines
Communicate with the design team and clients to receive feedback and make revisions as needed
Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in 3D modeling and animation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in 3D design, graphic design, architectural visualization, or related field
Proven experience as a 3D modeler or 3D visualiser in the architectural industry
Portfolio of previous 3D modeling and animation projects
Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software, such as SketchUp, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, etc.
Knowledge of rendering software, such as V-Ray, Lumion, Unreal Engine, etc.
Strong artistic and technical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
