1. Maintain and revise the application style guide and design (UI)
2. Maintaining high-quality UX and presenting new solutions
3. Supervise and lead the graphic designing team
4. Participate in designing and redesigning computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures and many other forms of visual communication
5. Analyse and plan the framework of design according to the laid-out concept and established specifications of the project
6. Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the company
7. Delegate job responsibilities among junior team members and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline
8. Complete the project work within the timeline and estimated budget
9. Deal with the client and be the point of contact
10. Propose real-time content based on social media trends and relevant social conversations
11. Visuals and graphics for the websites, social media, branding assets, and web marketing campaigns
12. Work closely with the web development team to manage the design process, drive decisions, track design issues and ensure that design specifications are implemented
13. Work in conjunction with team members to develop and refine concepts, campaigns and creative ideas that reflect a deep understanding of the client’s audience
14. Help maintain and oversee client’s brand standards and guidelines
15. Work with Content, Production, and Front-End Development partners to ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met
16. Oversee that new techniques and processes are used to provide the best quality designs
17. Be aware of the latest techniques and procedures used in designs
18. Suggest new ways of improving the quality of designs and other project issues
19. Leverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative campaigns for specific targets
