This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Karāchi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their satisfaction.Timing: 7pm till 3amLocation: Sharah e FaisalSalary: 25k to 45k

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Empathy, patience, and active listening skills to effectively understand and address customer needs
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Intermediate or higher is preferred.
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus
