Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise the visual merchandising team to ensure all tasks are executed according to brand standards, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance the team's skills in showroom layouts, display creation, and advanced visual merchandising techniques.
Monitor and guide the weekly display updates, completing 'before' and 'after' reports to maintain showroom appeal and effectiveness.
Ensure consistent implementation of furniture and accessory displays that adhere to brand guidelines across all showrooms to provide a cohesive customer experience.
Approve and oversee the development of seasonal themes, promotional displays, and monthly layout refreshes, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns.
Verify the accuracy of 3D layouts, interior drawings, and mood boards developed by the visual merchandising team to ensure detailed execution.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align visual merchandising efforts with business objectives, product launches, and promotional activities.
Supervise and participate in photoshoots, ensuring that visual consistency is maintained across all marketing materials and showroom displays.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure the timely availability of furnishings, accessories, and materials necessary for display setups.
Conduct regular visits to showrooms to audit display standards, cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines, making improvements where necessary.
Supervise the sourcing and selection of accessories and furnishings that enhance showroom layouts, ensuring that all elements are on brand.
Address any administrative or logistical concerns impacting visual merchandising efforts, escalating issues to management as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Lead the visual merchandising team in planning and executing exhibition layouts and setups that reflect the brands identity and maintain high visual standards.
Ensure exhibitions and events are executed flawlessly, adhering to budgetary considerations while showcasing the brand's visual excellence.
