This position does not involve managing a team, allowing the Executive Visual Merchandiser to concentrate on individual projects and collaboration with cross-functional partners. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting allocated showrooms to ensure that displays are maintained to the highest standards. You will execute innovative window displays and ensure consistency across all locations. Your responsibilities will also include effective management of visual content photography for company products and controlling associated expenses. Strong collaboration with vendors and contractors will be essential to meet project timelines, while your keen eye for detail and creativity will drive impressive merchandising strategies. To succeed, you should be adaptable, proactive, and capable of executing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities

Design display strategies for new arrivals, high-stock items, slow-moving items, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
Regularly visit allocated showrooms to monitor and maintain the quality of displays according to established timelines.
Execute engaging and effective window displays while ensuring uniformity and brand integrity across all retail locations.
Manage the photography of all company products, ensuring high-quality visual presentation that aligns with marketing standards.
Oversee and control expenses related to visual merchandising initiatives to ensure financial efficiency.
Maintain ongoing communication with all levels of the organization to align merchandising strategies and project goals.
Direct and manage relationships with vendors, workrooms, and contractors on a daily basis to meet project timelines.
Ensure timely completion of all projects as detailed in weekly and master production calendars, adapting to any changes as necessary.
Continuously assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve performance and customer engagement.
Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure that merchandising strategies align with inventory availability and sales goals.
