Responsibilities:

Design and implement decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts on various blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and others.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform thorough code reviews, ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
Optimize and scale blockchain solutions to handle high transaction volumes while maintaining efficiency.
Explore and integrate new blockchain technologies and protocols to enhance existing projects or create new opportunities.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of blockchain infrastructure and consensus algorithms.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to blockchain implementations and network performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and propose innovative solutions for complex challenges.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers in the team.
Collaborate with external stakeholders and participate in technical discussions and presentations as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Proven track record of at least [X] years as a Senior Blockchain Developer, having worked on multiple blockchain projects and dApps.
Extensive experience with programming languages like Solidity, Rust, Go, or other blockchain-specific languages.
Deep understanding of blockchain concepts, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic protocols.
Strong experience with smart contract development and auditing, ensuring security and vulnerability-free code.
Familiarity with blockchain development frameworks such as Truffle, Hardhat, or Remix.
Proficient in developing and interacting with Ethereum-based tools, libraries, and APIs (Web3.js, ethers.js, etc.).
Knowledge of blockchain scalability solutions like sharding, sidechains, or layer 2 protocols.
Experience in integrating blockchain solutions with front-end applications.
Knowledge of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, BEP-20, etc.) and their implementation.
Solid understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
Familiarity with blockchain deployment tools and platforms like Infura, Alchemy, or Binance Smart Chain nodes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
