Job Overview/Summary:
Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Offer is responsible for the management and delivery of effective supply chain and logistics support in compliance with IRC and donor regulations. Key responsibilities include procurement, Admin and logistics, inventory, and asset management. The position is based in the IRC’s Hyderabad Office with frequent travel to different field locations.

Trainings:
• Conduct field visit to support supply chain team in field on policies and procedures.
• Conduct Supply Chain trainings for SC staff and non-SC staff members.

Position directly supervises: Assistant SC /Support Team
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably
Work Experience: Overall 05 Years of work experience managing procurement, supplies, inventory, assets, transport, lease agreements etc.
Candidate must be willing to relocate for inter Districts of Sindh.
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
• Knowledge and understanding of practical procurement, logistics, transport experience
• Reliable, responsible, and objective oriented
• Excellent communication and Excel skills
• Ability to work in team
• Ability of work under pressure
Language Skills:
• Fluent, professional level speaking, reading, and writing in English and Urdu. At this level, applicant should have:
• The ability to speak using sufficient, structured, and accurate vocabulary in formal conversation.
• The ability to use the language to satisfy professional needs.
• The ability to read and write at a normal speed and with almost complete comprehension of a variety of materials, unfamiliar subjects, styles, and forms pertinent to the job needs.
