IRC has been working in Pakistan for over 40 years, and manages and delivers large, complex programs to meet the needs in health, education, protection, environmental health, and livelihoods for displaced, poor and disaster-affected communities. IRC works in partnership with local government and non-governmental organizations and currently works in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Baluchistan, and Sindh provinces.
Major Responsibilities:
- Standard management of the in and out record of the Main Pharmacy.
- Standard management/organizing the medical stock in the shelves and stacks.
- Assisting the health field staff in timely and efficient issuance and transportation of medicines/medical supplies to the health units.
- To physically verify the counting of every new delivery/consignment of medicines/medical supply and make it ready for the senior pharmacist for quality check.
- Managing the Bin cards and ledgers as per the defined standards.
- Liaison with the Supply Chain department for the efficient fulfillment of documental requirement for the issuance of medicines/medical supplies to the health field.
- Maintain the physical inventory of the Main Pharmacy up to date.
- Reporting the weekly inventory report to the concerned.
- To report the damage/leak/loss report as and when happens to the senior pharmacist.
- To assist the health field staff in the commodities requirement for documentation of issuances for field i.e. filling up of material requests as per the stock/stocks available, provision of shipment numbers, attainment of CDA numbers etc.
Keeping the file record of all the Main Pharmacy activities.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:
a) Education:
Bachelors
b) Work Experience:
Minimum 01-year work experience with an INGO or in offices
c) Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
Good health and personal hygiene
Demonstrated cleaning skills
Responsiveness to direction and willingness to learn
Language Skills – Local languages along with good Urdu speaking
Others:
Previous experience in similar role with NGO or in development sector.
