Responsibilities

Assist in managing inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper organization of supplies.
Coordinate logistics projects from initiation to completion, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records in the system.
Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Identify and resolve logistical challenges or obstacles as they arise, implementing effective solutions.
Conduct regular reviews of inventory levels and assess needs based on project demands.
Train and support team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective logistics processes.
Implement best practices for logistics management and suggest improvements where applicable.
