Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and performance metrics for products listed on Amazon to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify trends and insights that facilitate the optimization of product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and profitability.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to optimize product titles, bullet points, and descriptions, enhancing organic search rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Amazon PPC campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maximize return on investment.
  • Identify underperforming products and propose strategic improvement plans to enhance their performance.
  • Perform comprehensive market research to benchmark product performance against competitors, ensuring competitive advantage.
  • Stay updated on Amazon marketplace trends, policies, and changes to ensure product compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure alignment between product features and market demand.
  • Partner with the supply chain team to effectively manage inventory levels, preventing stockouts or overstocking scenarios.
  • Work in tandem with the customer service team to address and resolve negative reviews, thereby improving overall customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct A/B testing on product images, pricing models, and promotional strategies to evaluate their effectiveness and implement iterative improvements.
  • Assess the impact of changes made based on A/B test findings and suggest further enhancements to optimize product performance.
