We are seeking motivated and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to join our team for a medical alert campaign. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails.
- Provide information about our medical alert services and answer any inquiries.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs.
- Process orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: 30,000 - 100,000
- Commission: Competitive commission structure based on sales performance.
