We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable eCommerce Store Manager / Order Processing Officer to manage daily store operations and ensure efficient order fulfillment. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth functioning of our e-commerce platforms by processing orders, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Ensure all orders are packaged and prepared for shipping in a timely manner.

Assist in uploading and maintaining product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
Track shipments and address any issues with delivery or returns.
Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and product availability.
Perform routine quality checks on products and listings to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflows.
Prior experience in e-commerce order processing or a similar role.
Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Excel and order management tools.
