About Us:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing digital agency specializing in website and mobile app design and development. Operating primarily through platforms like Fiverr and Upwork, we cater to a diverse range of clients globally. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a ClientRelations Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for incoming client queries on Fiverr, providing prompt and professional responses.
Guide potential clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to project start.
Prepare and send accurate project quotes based on initial client discussions and requirements.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and document detailed project requirements.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients where appropriate.
Work closely with the project management and development teams to ensure that client expectations are communicated and met.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in client management, sales, or a related role, preferably in a digital agency environment.
Strong understanding of the Fiverr platform and how to effectively engage with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple queries and tasks simultaneously.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
