We are looking for a skilled Lumen developer to join our team. As a Lumen developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing APIs and web applications using the Lumen micro-framework, known for its speed and simplicity. You should have a solid understanding of PHP and API development, with a focus on creating efficient and scalable backend solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain APIs and web applications using the Lumen micro-framework
Implement RESTful APIs for web applications
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Troubleshoot and debug API issues reported by internal and external users
Optimize application performance and scalability
Implement security and data protection measures
Work with SQL and Mongo databases to manage and store application data
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other team members
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

Proficiency in PHP and experience with the Lumen micro-framework
Understanding of RESTful API design principles
Familiarity with MVC architecture and object-oriented programming concepts
Experience with relational databases MySQL and Mongo databases
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Understanding of version control e.g. Git
Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with cloud platforms e.g. AWS
Familiarity with testing frameworks
