Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives.
Lead and manage a team of 15 marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate various marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize strategies.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with sales, product development, and customer service.
Organize and participate in promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
