IT System Administrator

As the IT System Administrator, you will provide technical assistance and support for all IT systems. This usually includes aiding end-user with setting up devices, performing troubleshooting and implementing processes for performance monitoring. The IT System Administrator is also responsible for the management of IT-related inventory and maintenance of devices. Responsibilities also include configuring and troubleshooting of the attendance system along with the network infrastructure.

Key Responsbilities

Provide end-user support with respect to setting up laptops, printers, network, telephone etc
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.)
Aid with all software and hardware related matters
Assist in implementation of ERP system
Co-ordinate with end-users to resolve any IT issues in a timely manner
Install and configure new computer resources including hardware, software and applications
Perform periodic maintenance of for all devices
Ensuring that IT services are timely and effectively delivered while also meeting the needs of the business teams
Coordinate with Vendor for escalations of issues and timely resolution and preparation of Root Cause Analysis reports.
Identifying and controlling risks related to the supply of IT services and makes sure that those services are provided in compliance with applicable standards
Managing the setup, use, and performance of IT service management tools and technologies while continuously assessing and enhancing IT service performance
Maintain the inventory of required IT items, accessories and spares
Development of SOP and ensuring all records are up to date
Analyze feedback from end users regarding the functionality of IT services support such as email, networking, software and hardware.
Support and manage the IP Telephone Support and CCTV Surveillance system

What we are looking for in you

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
Knowledge of enterprise applications such as SAP. Oracle ERP, MS Dynamics
