This position is accountable for 

  • Oversees company social media accounts management 
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote related focused messages.
  • Coordinate social media messaging and engage them.
  • Ability to create authorities and persuasive content for the post.
  • Send out Whatsapp and Emails through platform to existing and potential customers. 
  • Call customers to confirm orders and give order updates through WhatsApp and other chanels. 
  • Handle all sort of customer queries and returns.
  • Setup and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companies social content.
  • Collaborate with other department (Customer relations, Sales etc.) to manage reputation and identify key players and coordinate actions  
  • Create Stories and Reels through Instagram
  • Design stories and Reels through Canva
