IdeasUnlimited is a global BPO, providing business process support services to clients all over the world. We are a US-based company, and we are looking to hire a Junior SEO Specialist who can speak English fluently to work remotely for us. This is a long-term, stable, career-level, and remote (work from home or a remote location) opportunity for the right individual.

JOB DUTIES:

1) Assist in the development and implementation of effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

2) Conduct basic keyword research to identify valuable keywords and phrases to target in on-page optimization efforts.

3) Perform on-page SEO optimizations such as meta tags, header tags, and content optimization.

4) Assist with off-page SEO activities including backlink outreach, link-building strategies, and ensuring high-quality, relevant backlinks.

5) Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in the SEO industry to ensure best practices are applied.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1) Minimum bachelor’s degree in communication or marketing from a reputable University.

2) Excellent fluency in the English language, both verbal and written.

3) Experienced in backlink outreach and executing link-building strategies.

4) Well versed with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, MOZ, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends, Google Analytics, etc. (not manadatory)

5) Proficient with keyword research and on-page optimizations (meta tags, header tags, and content optimization).

OFFICE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work from home:

Quiet Place
High-speed internet (10 Mbps)
Reliable Computer (Core i5, 8 GB RAM)
Headphones with microphone.
Backup Internet and Power (UPS or Generator).

SCHEDULE: 5 PM to 1 AM PKT with 1 hour break (Monday to Friday).

COMPENSATION:

Base Salary: Market competitive depending on skills and experience.
Paid leaves, performance, and other bonuses.
Yearly increments and certificates of achievement.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

We will be using monitoring software to check your work efficiency and productivity on a daily basis.
The position does offer the comfort of working from home but demands the same efficiency, productivity, and professionalism of the industry.
You will be signing a work agreement with our company. You will need to provide all of the necessary legal documents to complete the hiring process.
The recruitment/interviewing process is done digitally (Skype)
