Description:

Ideas Exchange is a new online global debating platform where people from all over the world connect simultaneously to discuss incredible topics such as ¨Racism in the 21st Century¨, ¨the Battle of the Sexes and Gender Equality¨, ¨Climate Change after COVID-19¨ etc.

Responsibilities:

Moderate global online debates with people from all over the world at least once a month for 6 months. A debate lasts for a total of 2 and a half hours.

Requirements:

Verbally literate and curious about learning from global minds
High levels of social skills/empathy
Energetic, creative and focused on teamwork
Growth mindset and willing to build a unique project from the ground up

Direct payment of 50 USD per 10 debates moderated
Free and unlimited access to all the global debates in order to learn and share ideas with people from all over the world
Practical experience in moderating and learning how to “read” people in online sessions (great for developing online sales skills)
