We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Investment Manager to lead and oversee all investment-related operations. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships with investors, managing investment portfolios, and driving strategic growth through effective investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations:
- Identify and connect with potential investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all investor communications and inquiries.
Investment Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new investments.
- Manage and optimize investment portfolios to achieve desired returns.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all investment activities.
Business Development:
- Arrange and lead meetings with investors to present business opportunities and performance updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop investment proposals and pitch decks.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth and expansion through investments.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee all investment-related operations and ensure efficient processes.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to guide investment decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports on investment performance and investor relations activities.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Foster long-term relationships with stakeholders and partners to enhance the company’s reputation and financial stability.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with investors to align with company objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in investment management, investor relations, or financial advisory roles.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with investors.
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Strong negotiation and networking skills.
