The Schedule Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the dental office by managing the scheduling of patient appointments. Responsibilities include:

Appointment Scheduling
Interact with patients via phone, email, or in-person to schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and handle appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure seamless coordination of appointments and patient care.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.

Qualifications:

Should have a Bachelor degree.
Previous experience in a relevant field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic healthcare team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality dental care to patients.

Time: 6 days a week, 11:30 am to 8:15 pm
