As an Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for strategic management and delivery of successful paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Google Shopping, Meta/Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon, TikTok, and Pinterest Ads. You will also take charge of the campaigns' optimisation and analysis, including:
• Auditing client accounts and designing multi-channel, full-funnel paid search and paid social strategies;
• Managing campaign performance and continuous optimisation to deliver client objectives;
• Offering advice on advertising budgets, managing significant client budgets in line with client's margins and ROAS requirements;

• Conduct market research to identify industry benchmarks and competitive positioning. Use this information to guide the agency's PPC service in delivering exceptional value.
• Develop and showcase compelling case studies highlighting the success stories of the agency's PPC campaigns. Use these case studies for both internal learning and external marketing purposes.
• Identify opportunities within the existing client base to improve PPC performance or introduce paid search services.
• Communicate and influence critical stakeholders throughout the business, including delivery managers, sales team, and strategy team, to ensure that the PPC service is being considered and opportunities to work with existing clients/new clients are identified and introduced to us.

• A deep, commercially aware insight into B2C and B2B paid search & paid social strategies.
• Ability to manage multi-channel, full-funnel PPC & Paid Social strategies.
• Be responsible for budgeting, continuous optimization, and performance analysis/reporting.
• Day-to-day management of paid activity across Google and social media.
• Set up reporting templates, produced monthly reports, and provided strategic recommendations based on performance.
