Hygge Bikes is seeking a passionate and driven Community Manager to join our team. As the Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and engaged community around our brand and products. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our customers, enthusiasts, and stakeholders across various online and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community across social media platforms, forums, and other channels to drive conversations, address inquiries, and foster a sense of belonging.
2. Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and videos, to keep our community informed and entertained.
3. Customer Support: Provide timely and helpful assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, technical support, and other issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
4. Event Planning: Organize and coordinate community events, rides, and meetups to facilitate connections among members and promote our brand.
5. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from the community regarding product preferences, pain points, and suggestions, and communicate insights to the relevant teams within the company.
6. Advocacy Programs: Identify and cultivate relationships with brand advocates and influencers within the cycling community to amplify our reach and impact.
7. Moderation: Monitor community discussions and user-generated content to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere, enforcing community guidelines as needed.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience in community management, social media management, or customer service.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences.
5. Passion for cycling and familiarity with the cycling community are preferred but not compulsory.
6. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and community engagement.
9. Bilingual in French, Spanish, German or any other language is a big plus for salary negotiation
