We are seeking an experienced and motivated Online Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various freelancing platforms and a proven track record of successfully securing projects. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, submitting proposals, and negotiating with clients to secure projects that align with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients and projects on various freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others.
Create and submit compelling proposals that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of project opportunities.
Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide timely responses to inquiries.
Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Work closely with the project team to ensure that client expectations are met.
Maintain accurate records of bidding activities, including proposals submitted, wins/losses, and client interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Online Bidder or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully secured projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of freelancing platforms and bidding processes.
Ability to write clear, persuasive, and tailored proposals.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of project management principles and experience in coordinating with teams.
Familiarity with various industries such as IT, software development, content writing, design, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and other relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in a specific niche or industry that aligns with the company's services.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy.
