The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in the creation and development of visual designs for various projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in design principles, a passion for creativity, and an eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

Develop and produce visual content including marketing materials, social media post, banners, flyers, broachers and print designs. Assist in creating layouts, illustrations, and other design elements as needed.

Collaboration:

Work closely with senior designer, marketing teams, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative process.

Trend Awareness:

Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to keep skills current and relevant.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in graphic design, including internships or freelance work.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Personal Attributes:

Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for design.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
