The Admin & Finance Officer will manage administrative and financial tasks for the project, including the construction and operation of the Mother and Child Health Center and other community development initiatives by HDF in Union Council Khenwari, District Khairpur, Sindh.
The key responsibilities include preparing and managing budgets, processing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial policies, overseeing office management, procurement, and logistics, maintaining project records, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, organizing meetings and training sessions, preparing and submitting project progress and financial reports, assisting with audit preparations, recruiting and training staff, and managing staff records and attendance
