This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of executive level experience in Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends in the international software market.
- Analyze competitors and industry dynamics to develop effective sales strategies.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage inbound leads and optimize lead generation activities.
- Employ a combination of persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building techniques to close deals
- Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and legal, to tailor proposals and negotiate terms that meet the needs of international clients.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and quotas within specified timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- 3+ years of Executive level Experience in sales. Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
- Attitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Other Details :
Experience: 3+ years
Work Timings / Day: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Alternate Saturday will be on from 10am - 1pm.
Salary: 70k-150k
