1) Bid Preparation and Submission:

Identify and analyze new project opportunities on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
Prepare customized and compelling bids tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
Submit bids promptly and follow up to ensure effective communication with potential clients.

2) Client Communication:

Engage with clients to understand their project requirements and provide detailed explanations of our capabilities.
Negotiate terms and conditions, including project scope, budget, and timelines.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the bidding process to ensure clarity and build strong relationships.

3) Project Coordination:

Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and feasible project proposals.
Ensure a smooth transition from the bidding phase to the project execution phase by providing detailed handover information.

4) Reporting and Analysis:

Track and analyze bid performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on bid status, success rates, and market insights for management review.

Job Secondary Role

1) Market Research:

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential new business opportunities.
Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to enhance our bidding success rate.

2) Platform Mantanance:

Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media channels and the website, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual style.
Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and web content using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement, and implement strategies to increase engagement, followers, and website traffic.
