We are looking for a focused driven Assistant Sales Manager to work with Head of Sales on day-to-day running of our real estate business in Pakistan. The assistant sales manager’s responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, and meeting Sales Targets. 

JOB SUMMARY:

The assistant sales manager's responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints. Meeting daily KPI`s (Key Performance Indicator) of Sales team calls, site visits and customer handling including complete services of end to end sales journey with each client. Meeting monthly Sales Targets, monitoring Sales team calls (Inbound/Outbound) by Sales team and assisting team members on closing deals. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Reports to Head of Sales in day-to-day operations and tasks.
  • Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales functions to achieve required sales targets.
  • Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the outcomes and performance of the sales and marketing functions and to facilitate integration with other departments such as Finance, Development, Technical Interface Office, etc.
  • Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.
  • Give advice to the real estate development team based on these findings.
  • Develop and coordinate sales release cycle and methodology, optimizing product take-up rates and pricing, based on customer requirements for products and services and project revenue needs.
  • Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
  • Making best out of leads shared and effective utilization of marketing campaigns.
  • Review and provide input into sales documentation and agreements.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results.
  • Other tasks assigned by reporting HOS’s

Required Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in a business related field, preferably Commercial Property, Marketing or Investments.
  • Minimum of 6 years real estate industry experience in an investment sales capacity.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of real estate investment sales and marketing with proven knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and meeting revenue expectations.
  • Ability to manage internal and external resources where appropriate to provide quality services within tight timeframes.
  • High computer literacy, professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven attention to detail.
