We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients through video calls. You will play a key role in expanding our client base of employers and driving our growth by connecting European businesses with skilled workers from Asia.

Responsibilities:

Conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential clients (employers) via video call.
Understand client needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with video conferencing tools and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
