We are seeking the services of a proactive and self-driven individual to take on the responsibility of Human Resource Officer.
Job Duties
Provide advice and counsel to managers, supervisors and employees regarding Human Resource policies and procedures. Manage the HR and Admin functions from strategic planning to implementation that includes:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company’s HR policies.
- Assist in the handling of employee complaints and grievances and implementation of appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Advertising, Screening, Interviewing and Hiring of new employees.
- Maintaining disciplines and help removing of unwanted workers.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of technical recruitment experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
