The Hotel Reservation Manager will oversee all aspects of the reservation process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service and maximizing room occupancy and revenue.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all reservation activities, including individual and group bookings.
  • Monitor room availability and ensure accurate data entry into the reservation system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for maximizing room occupancy and revenue.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide detailed information about room rates, packages, and amenities.
  • Train and supervise reservation agents, ensuring they adhere to hotel policies and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze reservation trends and generate reports for management.
  • Resolve any reservation-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee and manage relationships with Online Travel Agents (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc.
  • Ensure optimal inventory distribution across all OTAs to maximize revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Reservation Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems and hotel management software.
  • Proficiency in managing OTAs and a deep understanding of platforms like Booking.com.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
