Receptionist

Horizon Technologies is seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily front desk tasks, providing virtual assistance (VA), and monitoring assigned activities (training will be provided).

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide administrative support and virtual assistance as required.
Monitor and track specific tasks (training will be provided).
Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area.
Assist with other office duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and handle office equipment efficiently.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to company procedures.

Other Details:

Job Timings: Night shift (Onsite) following US time zone (Mon - Fri)
Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
