We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative for Real Estate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in connecting potential buyers with the perfect property, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Engage with potential clients and understand their real estate needs.
  • Provide information on available properties, pricing, and financing options.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Property Presentations:
  • Conduct property viewings and tours for interested buyers.
  • Showcase the features and benefits of various properties to meet customer requirements.
  • Sales Negotiation:
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential buyers, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
  • Assist clients in making informed decisions by providing accurate and up-to-date market information.
  • Documentation and Follow-Up:
  • Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
  • Follow up with clients throughout the sales process and provide post-sale support.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Real Estate Certification or License (preferred).
  • Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage.
