Responsible for dealing with customers regarding sales and meeting the assigned targets.
Follow up on clients’ deliveries, payments, and receivables.
Prepare quotations and process the sales orders.
Obtain customer feedback regarding our services and products.
Remain updated on stock status.
Maintain follow-up for delivered items for polishing, fixing, and measurements.
Look after the display items regarding placement, price tagging, and cleanliness of the floor.
Track customer orders through the system as well as through coordination with concerned departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Attend complaints, forward to complaint section, keep follow up to resolve the complaints regarding goods and shortage of ordered items.
Responsible for cross-selling and up-selling.
Responsible for the safe custody of showroom inventory and facilitating the stock count activity.
