  • Design and execute performance management frameworks that drive employee engagement and accountability.
  • Implement and oversee employee engagement strategies that create a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes or initiatives.
  • Utilize ERP systems to streamline HR processes and improve data management and reporting accuracy.
  • Implement the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework to align employee goals with company objectives.
  • Facilitate continuous feedback mechanisms, encouraging a culture of open dialogue and consistent performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in HR management to continuously improve processes and initiatives.
