Manage a team of prospectors
Develop the skills of prospectors
Participate in recruiting prospecting teams
Ensure communication and reporting to the Procurement Department
Guarantee compliance with internal regulations, procurement procedures, and deadlines
Share knowledge and expertise with junior negotiators

Tasks:

Coaching and leading a prospecting team
Guide the team daily towards set qualitative and quantitative goals
Monitor and evaluate the performance of prospectors Oversee team activity and update the information system
Implement the procurement policy Ensure the development of team members' skills
Manage the team's portfolio
Ensure the quality of the portfolio under your responsibility
Communicate with internal departments
