We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Head office.

Description:

Understanding the job descriptions of assigned positions thoroughly with complete information of timeline.
Possesses complete knowledge of the Hiring and recruitment process.
We are seeking result-oriented candidates, who can work under pressure independently and within the team to exceed the goals and objectives of the company.
Research on technology terms and implementation concepts for clarification of job description as required.
Define and document international and Domestic resources recruitment procedures.
Technical searches for temporary and permanent international or domestic staffing opportunities.
Email, Call, and qualify candidates for various client-based projects.
Daily interaction with the Projects Team working on open requirements.
individuals having prior experience as IT and Teleco recruitment will be preferred.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
Possesses hands-on experience for handling Online job portals i.e. LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or other ATS.
Hands-on experience on E-mail management and grip on Microsoft Tools.
Arrange Technical interviews by coordinating schedules.
Maintaining the internal database properly.
Motivated to recruit for Bulk Hirings.
Self-motivated to relocate to any client's premises.
Any additional task can be assigned or rearranged.
