We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for digital marketing, a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms, creating engaging content to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Utilize A/B testing to evaluate and improve marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proven experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS).
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot.
