Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Management:
- Build, customize, and maintain Shopify store, ensuring seamless user experience.
- Implement and manage Shopify apps and plugins to enhance functionality.
- Ensure website speed optimization, SEO best practices, and mobile responsiveness.
- Oversee order processing with supplier, and customer accounts.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including visuals and copy, to boost brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams for cohesive marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in building and managing Shopify stores (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Shopify integrations and third-party apps.
- Hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics, KPIs, and customer acquisition tactics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
