Duties include:*Lead Manage and develop the HR across the whole of the business *Ensure that there is a high quality of HR and OD provided to stakeholders across the group*Develop HR service strategy that benefits all stakeholders colleagues *Lead the resourcing, employee relations, learning and development and employee engagement initiatives *lead and develop the HR teams across the whole of the group across 3 sites *Set the strategic objectives and driving improvement across the group *Maintain HR team performance by coaching and planning and alining the strategic goals*Manage outsourced HR functions *Provide leadership across the group and work closely with the CEO*Present to the stakeholders across the group*Manage the day to day ops of the HR Department including the Organisational structure and setting the vision for HR Person Specification:*HR experience background *Strong stakeholder management skills *Budget responsibility *Commercial thinker *Organisational Development background
