Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a passion for ensuring top-notch product standards? Join our dynamic team as we strive to produce high-quality blankets without compromising on production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure fabric quality, including identifying and resolving issues like holes or tears in the fabric.
Oversee stitching processes to ensure consistency and prevent alterations.
Ensure all products, such as blankets and pillows, are included in final shipments without any missing items.
Implement quality control systems to improve overall product standards.
Work closely with the production team to resolve quality issues without affecting production targets.
Perform regular audits and inspections to maintain product quality and consistency.
Develop and train staff on quality control procedures and standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in quality management, especially in the textile or garment industry.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance quality control with production timelines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with the production and warehouse teams.
Knowledge of textile quality standards and processes.
