Hawkdispatch LLC is one of the leading Frieght dispatch service providers in the US market.The customer support executives in our company will be responsible for responding to queries and concerns of our clients who are basically fleet owners running their trucks accross different states in US and require update on the freight they are carrying from one place to other and a continued strive for finding them the highest paying loads.
We will provide you with complete hands-on training and you will be guided by a Lead support executive till the time you are comfortable.
As we do not need any prior experience in the field but still people who have previous experience in handling US or UK based clients in a Call center will be preferred.
What we are looking for in individuals is
