You'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our clients. From addressing inquiries to providing support, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Initiate outreach to freight transport companies and owner-operated vehicles.

2. Articulate the value proposition of Haul Hub Dispatchers and onboard new clients.

3. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

4. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

5. Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries promptly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is preferred, but O-level and A level candidates are welcome.
Strong English communication skills.
Prior call center experience is preferred but not necessary.
Enthusiasm for sales and a hunger for success.
Problem-solving mindset and basic math proficiency.

Shift Timing: Multiple shifts are available from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Pakistan Standard Time, with a one-hour break included in each nine-hour shift. We prioritize work-life balance, with shifts being rotated among employees.
