Admin Supervisor job is available in Karachi for a leading FMCG Company. An ideal candidate must have Bachelor’s degree along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative supervision, workforce management, and compliance, preferably in an FMCG industry.

Admin Supervisor job role is to oversee administrative operations, manage workforce and inventory, ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols, and engage in employee recognition and documentation processes.

Responsibilities:

Oversee shift gate management, ensuring smooth entry and exit of workers.
Facilitate and manage worker onboarding and joining formalities.
Conduct physical verification of workers’ attendance and track daily presence.
Perform OT (Overtime) physical verification and approval.
Manage and ensure proper leave submissions and documentation.
Administer the issuance and management of shoes, uniforms, and lockers for workers.
Coordinate the distribution of starter kits for new employees.
Maintain and manage inventory for required workforce tools and materials.
Monitor and ensure compliance with personal hygiene standards among workers.
Conduct regular floor visits to ensure adherence to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols.
Organize and manage the Worker of the Month Award program to recognize top performers.
Conduct Toolbox Talks to educate and engage workers on safety and operational updates.
Collect and verify necessary documents from workers for compliance and record-keeping.
Ensure timely provision of the required workforce in coordination with HR and Operations.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as per operational requirements.
