As an Etsy and Shopify Expert at Hash Tag I.T Solution, you will be responsible for:

Store Optimization: Manage and optimize our Etsy and Shopify stores to maximize traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Product Listings: Create and update product listings, ensuring they are visually appealing and SEO-friendly.

Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media promotion, and advertising campaigns.

Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Analytics: Monitor and analyze sales data, traffic patterns, and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions.

Inventory Management: Coordinate inventory levels, restocking, and fulfillment to meet customer demands.

Etsy and Shopify Updates: Stay informed about platform updates and trends, implementing best practices to keep our stores competitive.

Competitor Research: Keep an eye on competitors and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience managing Etsy and Shopify stores, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, including Etsy, Shopify, and related apps/tools.
Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
Creative thinking and an eye for aesthetics.
Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices.
